Welcome A native of the Veneto Region, Silvano graduated from the Hotel and Restaurant Institute of Abano Terme Padua. He has traveled and worked throughout Italy, Germany, England and Bermuda where he opened and successfully operated his first restaurant for ten years, IL Palio. He moved to Central Florida and opened "Silvano's" in 1994. This little restaurant is proud to prepare all meals to order, with the best and freshest ingredients. Buon Appetito!
