The "Learn to CrossFit" Level 1 course will be held three days a week for four weeks; a total of 12 classes that last from 30 to 45 minutes each. Instructors teach CrossFit's basic movements and techniques of the multifaceted training program. CrossFit is designed for all abilities, and students can determine their own level of intensity throughout the course. While participating in the introductory course, students can attend unlimited CrossFit classes for six weeks.
