Learn the Lingo
Sessions are structured around the WOD, or Workout of the Day, which combines quick, high-intensity sets of exercises to increase cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. You'll get acquainted with the fundamentals in On Ramp, but you can always brush up on your acronyms beforehand.
