Focusing on locally grown, sustainable and organic ingredients, The Compass Star continues to delight our diners with our house made charcuterie and sausages hand made by our Executive Chef & Owner Rachael Zavala. Chef Rachael, formerly of Perbacco in San Francisco, is striving to foster a new American tradition of ancient natural meat preservation techniques. She is joined by Sous Chef Donna Mae, Executive Chef de Conseil, and Sommelier, Sean Andrade. The Wine Bar features over 16 wines available by the glass, several "off menu specials", house made charcuterie, artisanal locally made cheeses from boutique creameries, and international tapas style small plates served at a relaxed European pace, to allow you time to savor and enjoy. Indoor or Outdoor Patio Dining is available, weather permitting. Reservations are not required, but gladly accepted.
