During Fleurimond's two-hour cooking-class parties, instructors help pupils prepare a three-course meal while they sip wine, visit with friends, and get to know new people. Classes of up to 20 people, held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, cover a variety of culinary styles and regions, including Caribbean, Italian, and Thai cooking. Cooking parties take place in Crown Heights, and the precise location is provided during registration.
