Boot Camp Classes and a Fitness Kit
Get serious about fitness when you enroll in The Sergeant's Program, the oldest civilian boot camp program in the country. Inspired by the toughness of military boot camp, but always infused with fun, these classes are offered at 21 different locations throughout DC/MD/NoVA:
o $40 ($249 value) for one month of unlimited boot camp classes
Includes initiation fee, a T-shirt, and a starter kit with a sport bag, reflective bands, and a water bottle. These indoor/outdoor classes feature a simple but intense program of running, calisthenics, aerobics, and weight training designed to produce effective and lasting results. Classes are offered five days a week at most locations around the region with an additional Saturday class at select locations.
o $297 ($687 value) for three months of unlimited boot camp classes
Includes initiation fee, two T-shirts, and a starter kit with a sport bag, reflective bands, and a water bottle.
o $594 ($1,122 value) for six months of unlimited boot camp classes
Includes initiation fee, two T-shirts, and a full kit with a workout bag, reflective bands, a water bottle, a "crying towel," and a fitness assessment that helps identify your physical fitness and cardiovascular levels.
