You won't find a more faithful exercise buddy than your four-legged friend. Certified fitness trainers and dog experts at Thank Dog! Boot Camp have created a program that lets you train and bond with your pooch while you work out:
o $60 ($120 value) for an obedience evaluation and two boot camp classes for you and your dog
o $80 ($190 value) for an obedience evaluation and four boot camp classes for you and your dog
o Outdoor classes meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30 p.m.
o Bring along hand weights, a towel, bottled water, and your pup on a leash
o All obedience levels welcome, but it's helpful if your dog can heel
Limit 1 per customer, 1 additional as a gift
o Classes run Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:30-7:30 p.m.; visit thankdogdc.com for additional times
