The Real Deal
Take the first step toward learning the state's requirements for a career in real estate sales. Daytime, evening, and Saturday class times for this 40-hour course are available at locations in and around the Detroit metro area. This course covers law, math, terminology, and a licensing material review to prepare you for the final exam, which if you pass will make you eligible to take the salesperson's exam. What's more, upon successfully completing the exam, you'll be a qualified real estate agent in Michigan.
