Shake It Up
This day-long Deluxe Mixology course is devoted to teaching you professional bartending skills. You'll go through three hours of Training in Intervention Procedures by Servers of Alcohol (TIPS) to earn the accompanying certification; then, you'll get five hours of hands-on mixology training, including bar setup, basic drink making, presentation, flair bartending, and advanced recipes, like for coffee and dessert drinks. You'll also apply these skills in hands-on scenarios -- and by then you'll know how to perfectly pair potables.
