I ordered a dual output video card (DVI and VGA) as listed on their website with a picture specifying the features I wanted. The ordering process was straight forward. And the delivery was a working week. When I got the package it was a video card of the same make as I ordered but with only one output, a VGA. So I emailed the company to get a return autorization and was told this was underway. Two weeks later I had to request another one. The second time was prompt. Now, two weeks after returning the card (unopened and as I received it) I am still without a refund. Seventeen emails and I am still without a response. I dialed a phone number on this site and got an IT guy that said they were "having some issues with their email" and that he'd write down my email.
Basically a GIANT HASSLE akin to driving to California from North Carolina to purchase this item.
Once was enough.

I ordered 2 Lexar Media CompactFlash USB Readers on March 13. I received a shipping notification on March 18. Since then, USPS tracking number shows that USPS has been notified of a shipping but haven't received anything. It's now March 24 (11 days after order) and I stll haven't got any news from the emails I sent to livewarehouse enquiring about my order. I would avoid dealing again with them as they don't even provide a phone number.

I would stay away from this company. I usually stay away from "No Name" companies and Yahoo! Merchants, but the price was too good to pass up on their Optorite DVD+-RW drives. I went ahead and placed the order, and of course after I order, I begin seeing more and more negative posts appear about the drive and the company.
The drive burned a bunch of coasters in 2 different machines and 3 different programs. I had a Pioneer 106 to test with and it worked fine. I contacted tech support (via email only, as they don't have a phone # listed) and did everything they said.
I was issued an RMA # and sent the items back, and they tried charging me a 25% restocking fee, when their website says only a 20% restocking fee, on top of the fact that both their website and the CSR I communicated with said if I return everything that was sent to me in as-new condition, I wouldn't be charged the restocking fee. Ah well, it's out of my hands now.
This place is shady and I would stay far away from it. Visit http://www.newegg.com instead! That is where I usually buy from, and just ended up purchasing another Pioneer 106 from them to replace the POS optorites I sent back to LiveWarehouse.

I purchased a Sony DVD+-RW drive from them. They emailed me the tracking #, etc. I haven't had any problems with them at all.

I ordered a Sapphire ATI Radeon 9100 from them in June Looks like the card was a bug, so I tried to contact customer service BEWARE!!! THE ONLY WAY TO CONTACT THEM IS BY EMAIL!!! They were rated ok, so I went ahead with the purchase, but I should have checked about customer support. I am just crossing my fingers and hoping that my email didn't get caught in a spam filter or something.

I recently ordered some children's software from this company. On the web site it clearly said the software was compatible with Windows XP. When the software arrived, the CD did not list XP compatibility, and I was unable to get it to install or run under XP in any compatibility mode.
I sent an email explaining the situation to the customer support email address. After not hearing anything for a week, I sent another email. Finally, after another 4 days I got a response. They sent me an attached RMA form, and requested I fill it out, fax it in, and then wait for RMA information!
So, for a $3.99 piece of software, I've wasted my time for 2 emails that took forever to answer, and they expect me to waste more time explaining the problem yet again, then spring for a long-distance call to send in a fax and then wait for a response??
Needless to say, they can just keep my $3.99, but I will never do business with them again.
