The shipping and handling fee is ridiculous. If you buy 10 item, the shipping charge will be multipled by 10.

don't shop comestics in this website. what they provided is not fresh product. I ever bought a sunblock there. When I got it , i found it expired in 1 month. I am very angery and swear not shopping in it anymore.

I just received my order instead of receiving my food processor I received a food steamer. OK! Mistakes happen. I call customer service (misnomer) they tell me they are out of the food processor, OK! I can deal with that. Then in order to get my money back I have to drive to a FEDEX and mail it back to you. I ask why you canít have the package picked up at my house.
Answer: "We don't do that"
OK NOW I'M MAD!
So now I have the OPPORTUNITY to spend gas money, my time and aggravation to search out a FEDEX! Also I get to front the money to them to send the product back!!!! They say that it is my RESPONSIBILITY!!!!!To fix their mistake!!!! ALL I get is the opportunity to my get my money back!
I shop on the internet for convenience, because I don't have time to run around town. Thanks for adding an errand to my life!
Why do they bother with promotions when their customer service is so lousy? All I have to say is buyer beware! Also, they generally double the price then reduce it to the actual retail and then say it is on sale!!!

I used their $25 off $50 first time on-line coupon for an originally priced $149 dollar bathrobe and was very pleased(final price 34). The only glitch I encountered was the inability to enter an alternate shipping address as opposed to the billing address (basically needed to be done at the time you set up your account or after you'd placed an order, just not during an order). When I called customer service they changed the shipping address and ensured I got the on-line price, despite having to re-order over the phone with the correct shipping address. Took a little work, but friendly and helpful in the end and a great price with the coupon. 8 out of 10!

When ordering items with limited inventory, it's possible that inventory may be exhausted during your check-out. You will still get a receipt screen, but will not get any immediate follow-up whatsoever. You won't get an email and your order history will not reflect your order.
Instead, your order goes into their limbo process whereby they continue to check inventory for 72-hours. If inventory becomes available, your order will be completed. If none becomes available before the period elapses, you will get an email notification. Don't expect to hear anything until, one way or another, your order is settled.
You will not be able to cancel your order unless you call or email customer service.

I should have known it was too good to be true! An item they claim to be valued at $800.00 for under $100! Cute piece of furniture, but the quality was horrible. Could have been had for under $100 at any flea market to start with. They did take it back and gave me credit on my charge card, but you know what a pain it is to have to send things back to start with. The item was worth what I paid, but I thought I was getting a VERY NICE piece from the description. It came unassembled and had plastic and particle board parts. You won't find a small cabinet for $800.00 with plastic and screw on legs. WATCH OUT FOR THE REPRESENTATION OF THEIR PRODUCTS.
