I just registered for a supposed 15% off, but now where am I supposed to find it? It did not get emailed to me, nor is it being automatically taken off at checkout?

Ordered 13 hand massage units as Christmas presents. Used a $20 off $60 coupon making each unit ~$4.30. The order was placed on Saturday, Dec 18th. Got the shipment on Tuesday, Dec 21st. ONLY three day turn-around time including Sunday. Was upgraded to UPS 2nd for no charge. This company makes every effort to meet Christmas deadlines. Sharper Image is my retailer of the year.

Oh My GOD

Can't believe how S.L.O.W! does it takes for this company to ship my item.

For $20 shipping cost, 3 weeks and still NOTHING!. Plus they got a bunch of stupid reasons when I ask what happened with my item.

Unusually this company doesn't use UPS or Fedex for their shipping company, they use their own truck to ship!...talk about cheap translog!
So it takes a LOOOONG time to get to your home, and the web order status.....Forget about it. They never update it, PERIOD!

This will be my first and last purchase EVER!!

Watch out for their bulls!t promotional offers. I got a coupon for $15off $75 purchase...upon checkout added $11 to shipping. I received an email for free shipping but couldn't add the $15off coupon. Other people reported a price increase when using the free shipping link. Avoid this company.

Incredibly bad service. The first order I placed "disappeared." The next order I placed stayed in limbo for almost two weeks. When I finally called to check on it, I was put on hold for about 10 minutes. Eventually, I was passed from one incompetent idiot to another. That person informed me that they would not ship to my area. When I pressed further, I was told that they would not ship to my address any longer. It was the first time I've ever ordered online from them using a combination of code/gift certificate/credit card. If they had a problem with my order, they should have e-mailed or phoned to let me know and to offer other purchasing options. Extremely poor customer service and bad attitude. I cancelled my Sharper Image Visa, closed my account, and will never shop their B&M again. If I want to pay too much for gadgets, I can always go to Brookstone!

Good service. However, their ordering system leaves a lot to be desired.
I've had several credit card declination for no apparent reason...
And their "enter-your-own-GC-amount" isn't helpful either...
