Their prices are not good when you add in the spam you recieve and the risk of getting signed up for things you don't want. Their ordering thing tries to get you too buy 50 different things before it will let you order. Customer support is non-existant. Charge insane prices for delivery well over what it would cost them. My card despite having blue text on the master thing i approved came with black text on the actual card... this site is crap and fatwallet should not associate with them.

VP is a known spammer. If you do business with them, your suporting spamming. Even if you opt out, they will still spam your email _and- snail mail! Also, if you click on their pop-up ad, a 3rd party will bill your credit card around $10 for a "service". BEWARE!

Oh I forgot to mention that vistaprintrewards program they offer to you after the order is fantastic too! To begin with, I got a $10 rebate which I already cashed in less than one month, then I got to buy gift cards from Amazon, barns n noble, Blockbuster, Circuit City, CVS, homedepot, homegoods, Sears, and Staples, etc....at 20%off for a monthly fee.Unlike other programs, this one has no monthly allowance, which means you can order up tp 20 card each menchants, get your 20% credit back and feel free to cancel if you like, which I'm not going to because of the movie ticket offers. All in all, it's just wonderful.

VistaPrint's service is great! I ordered from them over 5 times last month, and each time I received the products in less than a week, even though I always chose the slowest shipping. One of the orders I made came with a torn box due to shipping, I called the CSR, without saying much or waiting too long, he offered to resend the whole order free of charge without me asking. ( I wasn't even going to ask!) Unbelievable!
Also, the quality of the products are good value for money (cost of shipping in this case, since 99% of the products I ordered were free.) After ordering a couple of times I found out a way to lower the cost of shipping: choose to buy something that is not free, then the total cost will be cheaper than buying all free products and pay for the shipping only. For example, my last order I paid for premium namecards for $3.99, and I ordered another 24 free offers, and my shipping cost was only $9.35, so the total bill was $13.34. I got brochures, letterheads, annoucements, invitations, stamps, etc. totalling 25items. Can't beat that deal. I love VistaPrint!

Beware! I just got scammed by VistaPrint. Customer service SUCKS. I talked to four different people and got four different answers. They are con artists. Pay a few dollars more and save yourself a lot of grief and time on the phone.

Excellent customer service! My order of 1500 note cards arrived with about 100 damaged from shipping. They sent out an additional 500 (worth $120) for free. Didn't even make me do any work to return the damaged ones.

Paid $1.99 for a free sample kit. They sent only part of the kit, and when emailed, promised to resend it. Never received. Called twice to complain, once hanging up after 15 minute wait, the second getting disconnected after 5. Very poor customer service.
