My Sears orders status online was completed when they were cancelled. Did not find out until I emailed customer service to get the actual atatus.
Another Sears order status is in process even though I got it cancelled at the Sears store weeks ago and got my refund.
Another Sears order was charged to my card and I have no idea when I am ever going to get my items or if I have to drive to the Sears store to get my refund again.

I think Sears.com must have hearing all the complaints made by the folks on this website. On Saturday night @ 10:00pm PST I ordered a Kenmore 24" wide dishwasher and said that I would like to receive it on Monday. Early Sunday morning, I happened to be reading the comments about Sears.com on FatWallet and nearly cancelled the ordered -- bad experience after bad experience. I called the customer service number to confirm that my order was being correctly processed. After 3 rings, a polite young lady assured me that "Yes, your order is being processed". Sure enough, Sunday night I received a phone call informing me that I would be receiving my dishwasher between 12:30 and 2:30 on Monday. At 1:47pm, the delivery truck came with my order! I installed the dishwasher and just love it. No complaints about Sears.com. Oh, and did I mention that they lowered the price on the dishwasher bt $55.00 from Saturday to Sunday. When I pointed that out to the customer serivce rep, they gladly refunded me the difference.

I ordered a Sony 52" LCD TV and checked availability, system said in stock for my zip code. Placed the order and printed the order confirmation. 2 days later they emailed to tell me there was too much demand and they were cancelling my order. They said that they hoped I enjoyed my online experience and please shop with them again. What a joke of a service team and what a horrible online system.

I am dispointed of the customer services of Sears in a recent purchase. I ordered a lady watch and chose to pick up at a Sears store nearby. The order got confirmed immediately and I was notified to pick it up (done at night time). I went there the next Morning and was told out of stock. I didn't hear any word of sorry. Instead, I was told unpatiently "It happens sometimes. You can choose something else at the same price.", and then I was shown something totally different. The saleswoman copied my number and promised to notify me as soon as possible. But two weeks passed, I see nothing.
I hope it is an isolated case. Please think it over before you place another order on Sears.
Being a true fatwalleter, I wanted to take advantage of multiple promotions Sears was running. So I ordered a tractor through their website with three things in mind: 1) 5% FatCash Back, 2) a mail-in rebate for free delivery, and 3) a 12-months no payment/interest option.
Well, the FatCash didn't go through until I had it investigated. The mail-in rebate was mysteriously "never received." And the 12-months no payment/interest option was only applied to my credit card when I called to complain.
I could see something slipping through the cracks, but when it's 3-for-3 I have to assume it was on purpose.

I ordered a tire inflator from Sears. It happened to be on sale so I got an excellent price compared to other online stores. Had no issues with my order and shipping was fast. Satisfied customer.

I was looking for a dishwasher. All local retailers tried to charge "delivery fee" which I think kills the deal. I was tempted by free in store pick up feature of Sears.com. So I ordered online, pricing and product selection was good. But order was ready to pickup 4 days later than expected pickup time. That's acceptable. So far so good with the dishwasher. I would buy again at Sears.com

This is the worst web order pickup service I have ever exeperienced. Item was ordered thru their website for local pickup. Email confirmation came and then I went to the store for pickup. Scanned the bar code and the clock starts to count. In about 4 mins, the timer was stop but no body come out for the item. After another 10 mins, the guy came out and said your is not in stock. I asked them why there is email confirmation and he just said the item was not in stock and tell me to call the customer service (CS). I go home with empty hand and call the CS and they said the item should be in stock and tell me to go back again. I went back a few days later with the same answer, it is not in stock and the clock was stop again in about 4 mins but I have to wait for another 5-6 mins before somebody come out. Finially, I have to go to their cashier to cancel the order.

The worst, the worst, the worst. Bought major appliances, they screwed up delivery twice (wrong/damaged items.) I tried to rectify the problems but no one at Sears.com had the desire or ability to help me do so. I canceled the entire order, and it took WAY too long for my refund to be credited. Wait times for regular CSR's can be an hour+, supervisors 2 hours+. You have to fail a whole battery of tests to become a Sears.com CSR. Avoid at all costs.
