Overall, I still like this store. I am worried about it though. First, it reduces the rebate commissions to places like fatwallet. Then, the "easy" rebates aren't so easy anymore (Panda, anyone?) the coupons shrink to 10% off... The ink coupons are striclty limited...then there's the rumor of reward members no longer getting free shipping under $50 unless it's premier level. now,the rewards members, the loyal customers, will be shunted out even worse than Office Depot: unlimited 10% back sounds great, until the customer learns it's only on ink, printing, and paper; but it gets better -- the other optional catagory is a crapshoot for the consumer hoping that the catagory they chose is the one they really will spend the most in. Because of this, I still like Staples, but I'm wary of the store. Thank you for reading this.

Why did FatCash go? I ended up ordering on President's Day from OD instead, due to the lack of FC.

I second that, Staples sucks for getting rid of FatCash! I was going to order a HP color laser all in one but ordered it from HP for 3% FatCash instead.
We buy 98% of our office products from Staples. Absolutely love their selection, coupon availability, fast easy rebates. Great store overall.

No doubt that Staples (both .com and stores) is my most favorite supplier for electronics and software. They provide excellent next-day delivery (although UPS service sucks) on most of the order I placed online, great coupon discount, and the one of the best rebate systems. Their customer service reps are courteous. My wife sometimes call the Staples store my "second home" because I shop there very often. Staples is definitely a very reputable supplier, second to none.
