I would not recommend JustDeals to anyone. I've ordered 3 wireless cards from them. One had a broken connector. Another didn't work. I returned the latter to them 2 months ago for replacement. It hasn't come and they won't even answer my e-mails. It should be called JustJunk.com

I gotta say, a company who wants a flat $13 to ship a motherboard is pulling the etail version of bait and switch. You think you are getting an out of date motherboard cheap when you arrive at the site. Once you are at the checkout the price is 50% to 100% higher because of shipping.
You can get current motherboards shipped for free from many vendors, and in the long run you might end up spending just $5-$10 more than "Just Deals" because of their outlandish shipping rates.
The bad experiences listed by other members below don't suprise me at all.

Let me tell you about JUST DEALS.com. THey are a bunch of *ucking crooks!!! DOn't buy *hit from them because they have the worst customer service known to man. Basically, I bought a wireless card thinking I was getting a good deal based on their online advertisement regarding the product. They falsely advertised by stating that it was Windows XP compatible when it wasn't. The product arrived very slowly at which point I attempted to get it to work properly. Their customer service correspondence with me was extremely discourteous and slower than any other merchant I've ever dealt with. I eventually sent it back but they claimed they never received the item. Basically they stole money for some item I should have never even received based on their false advertising. If you want to take that kind of risk with their POS products they sell then be my guest, but if I could I hope they go out of business those *SSholes!

Item was recieved quickly and in very good order, but the serial number required to install supporting software was not available. JustDeals customer support could not supply the number and the manuafacturer's web site is not on line. Manufacturer (in Tiawan) e-mails were returned "undeliverable."

I don't know what I was doing buying the Z-640 speakers even after seeing ResellerRatings.com, but I made a good decision! Slow shipping, but I think that had to do with UPS being el-$hito. Took a little longer than I wanted for them to actually ship it, but got the speakers in great conditions. If it didn't say refurbished and didn't come in the brown box, I wouldn't have ever known they are refurbished! $29 for these speakers and 11 bucks shipping is a great price. The $11 is a little high, but for 17lbs, I would guess that is about right. If you buy something smaller its a rediculous price, but for these speakers it was just right. Also, the price couldn't be beat! Awesome deals on JustDeals. The shipping wasn't the best, but definitely worth the wait!

I can never get through to a person in customer service. They do respond rather rapidly to emails though.
Bought a motherboard which arrived dead. It was a replacement for our company's accounting computer. I RMA it back by 2nd day express. Never heard from them. I emailed them, only to find out that it was out of stock and they are 'working on crediting' our account. I still haven't seen anything yet. MB cost ~20, 11 shipping, 15 to ship back. They would not send me a substitute. Tried to save a buck, guess I've gotten burned. I just threw their names out of our company's roledex, and I would recommend everyone else do the same.

Ravic should have tried to contact customer support before knocking it. I emailed them about an issue I was having with an order I made, and they told me to call about it. Not only were they available to take my call, but they immediately knew me by first name just after I described my problem (small company). After I returned merchandise damaged during shipment, they were quick to send me new merchandise. Recommended highly!

I ordered from their specials section. It shipped with missing cables and a beat up box. The product description did not include anything saying that is a refurbihed/not new product. I did not even bother to call them or e-mail them because i know how these companies deal with those issues.
If you order something from them, if you get the product in good shape you got a great deal. If it is broken you are screwed.
