Just bought two enclosures for DVD drives. I ordered after their noon shipping cutoff time and the received it the following morning, less than 24 hours after ordering. Great service! The order came exactly as I ordered it.

I bought an ATX case and a USB 2.0 PCcard. Both arrived defective and damaged - Total loss.
I emailed Dealsonic to RMA. They said, " We will have UPS at your door in the next 2 days to pick up the package for return."
Wow! I expected an argument and I encounter a "the customer is always right" way of doing business.
Although I had bad luck with these 2 items, I will reorder something else from them imediately.

I bought a cordless headset. It arrived in perfect condition. They shipped it out 2-3 days from when I ordered. It was retail packaged as ordered. Price for it was pretty good.

I purchased an ATX case from them a few months back. the power supply was defective. I didn't care, power supplies are cheap and I was more than happy with the price. I'll give them a try again.
