RE: kellyfair --- If there really was a "Deadline" for the project, shouldn't you have considered that when an item has to be shipped to you?? I luv these guys. Best experience ordering something online that I've had. AND, I expected regular shipping to be about a week or so ---- Got it in 3 days. They're GREAT.

I just read some of the other posts and one stood out.
the one complaint of course.
yes they do offer free software for writing reviews I will admit that

but I would have written my review even if they hadn't and don't really care if I get the stuff or not

They were that good to me.

so good in fact I will write that review to any other sites you care to email me that takes reviews again they were that good to me. granted no company out there is 100% but this place has to be the closest thing from what I have seen

I purchased an OS from them not only were they the least expensive but I also got a free mouse with my order. I opted for standard mail delivery ( they have several different methods) and I recieved my product in 5 days and in perfect condition with no problems. After the 3rd day of waiting I called them just to test their customer service and found them not only to be friendly but knowledgable about my order. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone at least stop in and see if they have what you need first and I dare you to compare them with others out there. Their website was easy to use and to my surprise everything was laid out for me 100% no hidden anything. I will be going back again and again as needed.

Online ordering was fast and easy. Received the program very quickly and had no problems installing or using the program. I would recommend them again.

BEWARE! .... To: kellyfair's Review of August 03, 2004. They also tried ripping me off of $97.95. I advise you to contact their Better Business Bereau. They helped get me my money back. They already have 5 complaints there in just the last few months. You can file a complaint at http://complaints.bbb.org/Welcome.asp Also, Sales International gives free software to get good praise at several web sites. Their main one is Nextag. Avoid this seller. They sent me my software with an invalid product key, and they were closed for business when I received it. When I contacted them on their next business day to explain that I could not wait for them to open again due to a project deadline and had to purchase a full-priced retail copy of the software locally, they refused to allow me to return the software for a refund.
