Never had any problems before..all items come wrapped nicely and timely, sometimes in mulitple shipments. A big plus with this site is the stackable coupons.

As has been stated phone support is lacking but for me quality is all that counted. I have never had a hard time finding what I want there. I would like to see an online price match policy however since a lot of times other places are a bit cheaper but not a reputable.

Amazon isn't what is used to be. When they say ship within 24 hours they don't mean it. Their customer service works fast but doesn't do much.

Awsome after sales support. We had a defective Jensen wireless headset and called them. They immediately sent a replacement AND a postage free return label WITHOUT asking for a credit card! Top Notch !

Have always had good service from amazon.com. My only complaint is the high cost of shipping. They do have a lot of coupons out there to offset this though.

i ordered a wireless router a while back and the first one i got didn't work and decided to get an exchange -- go to amazon.com and in less than 1 min after answering a few questions, i got a UPS prepaid return label -- so impressed i am. this even beats B&M return -- practically i don't have go out of my house. good job, amazon.com, and keep it that way!

amazon is still the first place I look whenever I need books, music, videos/dvd, computer games etc. Their prices are good, their stock is unmatached, and they are a company that truely understands e-commerce. Of course you are dealing with a huge company, with multiple warehouses and shipping options, so things can go wrong, but my experiences have all been first rate. Always search for coupons first though, there is nearly always at least a $5 of $35 or similar out there.

Their phone support personnel can be quite incompetent and/or powerless at times...
I've managed to get $5-$20 in coupons occasionally by stating my case in a semi-stern manner via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org

The benchmark for online ordering. Customer service is very good, too. IMHO. Good prices, excellent sales prices (usually on stuff I don't need).

I have had good experiences with their phone customer service. They answer right away and take care of things promptly. It is hard to find their phone number though...
I tried to email customer service first, which was a dead end because the responses came from a different person each time, and the issue was never resolved until I called them.
