I have been ordering from Vitacost for 2 years and don't bother to look anywhere else. They always have what I want at great prices and my shipment arrives within 5 days. Only had one problem. I could not add something to an order that I had completed. They told me I had to cancel the whole order an redo it, but that did not work.

Ordered June 22nd, received today July 11th. Very slow. Also, they said enter coupon code to received one free Vitamin C with Purchase. They DID NOT send me the Vitamin C. Really bad shopping experience.

I ordered on June, 22nd. No response on sereval emails. Called today, tried to cancel my order. CSR said can't cancel, said the order is out of ability of their system. She told me, they "may" process the order, then I "might" receive it. I just don't understand what is going on in this store.And asked me to sent it back If I receive my order. No confirmation, no shipping. On it's web site, it specific "Ship within 24hr" Liar. Beware.

Well I have been trying to reach VITACOST for the last few days , no response , Placed the order on 21st June , its been almost 5 days , no news of what happened to the order .Have been trying to reach them , no response . My credit card has been charged for the amount of $ 92.07 , on the 21 st itself , but well no confirmation , no shipping , nothing .

Items arrived quicker than expected, and before I found VitaCost, I was always ordering through other sites on 5 different items. VitaCost carries all 5...and at the same or less than the other OnLine stores I've been purchasing at... Will buy from again.

The Atkins Shakes I ordered were close to expiration. So, if you are ordering a lot of stuff to reduce shipping BEWARE.
