I have used VistaPrint for years and never had a problem until now.

I updated my business cards and ordered new ones. They never arrived and I had to call twice before they would reship them. When the reshipment finally arrived, it was reprints of my old card.

Even though they can see that I modified my business cards before I ordered, somehow my old ones were ordered. I asked customer service how that could happen and they replied that it must have been because I did something wrong but could not tell me what. They then refused to correct it and told me I would have to pay for new cards.

If it makes any difference to you, there customer service is also based in India

I responded to an email offer with 5 different offers to try free plus shipping and handling. I spent a good deal of time doing the 4 I chose. The shipping was $12.64 for some labels, notecards, business cards, and magnets. I went ahead and put in my credit card info, and on the summary page they had charged me for 3 of the 4 items and the shipping.

I called vista print and after being on hold for several minutes, the woman I dealt with acted as though she did not believe me. I am so tired of companies charging more than what I authorize! She eventually relented and gave me a credit, but I still paid a few dollars more than what I originally intended. They charged my card right away, and took a few days for the credit.

I have been using VistaPrint for four years now and have nothing very HIGH PRAISE for the company. All the business cards for my entertainment company are done by VistaPrint and I often suggest their services to other people. Their products, selection and prices (usually free) are great! They make all of the conditions very clear on the website so if you simply read the directions you will know exactly what you are buying and doing.
I noticed some other messages on this site indicated they waited a long time for shipping. On the website they clearly have an area for you to chose your shipping level: FREE or lower priced shipping is listed as 7-14 days and then if you are willing to pay more basic postal rates then they note shipping at much shorter times with even an express shipping option. You get to choose which shipping you want for your order.
I have never been unhappy with an order from this company and I order from them at least once a month.

I don't like this company either. I paid 1.99 for a package of customized sampler.
They charged me immediately but I wait forever to get this package.
Then it turns out they put "their contact info" on everything in this "customized" sampler, not mine. What a waste!

Be warned!!!!! If you create a business card, log off of the site and log back in, there is no way to get the origional card out of their database. AND their customer service will absolutely not help you AT ALL. I recommend you steer clear. They are a scam.
