Called customer service to get refund for canceled order. No refund a week later. Called again "I give you my word I'll do it right now" she said. No email that she promised. Called back the next week, was told that my CC was credited but takes 24 hours to show up. 96 hours later no credit.

Good prices, slow shipping (oh, I was initially told my order shipped, found out 2 days later it was only 'invoiced' and my CC was billed right away), LOUSY customer service, and rude CS reps who feed you lines.

I had a nice customer rep and got a good deal on a nice camera. It arrived in 3 days (from the date I ordered, 8:00pm) even though I only paid for the least expensive ground shipping.
