great site found hard to find emachine mb product

and specs clearly explained price was one third

of what emachines wanted for same mb checkout

super fast with reasonable very nice local store

i just moved here and found Ascendtech right away

so far very pleased with shopping experience

Website easy to use, good customer service. Having just moved, I experienced a problem when I put my new address (FPO AP overseas address) on the order as my shipping address. My bank did not have my new address yet. After changing my address with my bank and on Ascend Tech's website, I still could not get the order processed because the order itself still had my old address as the billing address. After e-mailing Ascend Tech customer service, they have resolved all my issues, and delivered the order in excelent time frame as promised. Extremely satisfied with the order process.

They have good deals and the customize feature is very nice, clean easy to use web site, saving cart feature handy when dealing with paypal account login problems, prices are very competitive, this is my second orde from your site and have enjoyed both experiences very much, well it was nice to have the subtotal while i was shopping all the different customizable options on the kit i purchased, such as differnet motherboards, amout and size of random access memory, the size and speed of hard disk drive, there was quite a few options for video cards, I also like that the customizable options are from a variety of vendors and brands, the pricing subtotal made comparison shopping easy, i was able to look up the same model parts on other web sites and compare the pricing of this company with several others, check out was also very easy as I had an account already with this company, i will most likely shop this website again and will definitely reccommend it other people.

Very easy navigation via order page. Upgrades are organized well. Thoroughly enjoyable purchase experience. Only improvement that I would possibly offer is links to stats on motherboard and videocard upgrades as folks may have specific needs particularly on video cards upgrades that need to be met.

Ordered on 28th of June....waited...waited...Received the item 6th or 7th of July. I put it on my work bench and connect the test power supply up to it like I do to make sure motherboards work before I put it into a system..... Nothing... No fans spin up no tell tale beeping from the motherboard indicating an error of any type. Reseat the RAM thinking what the hell I have seen stranger still nothing. Connect the powersupply up to the tester nope it's good. Connect to another motherboard and bam it comes to life. Thinking ok... I try a brand new supply any way and still nothing. Try another and nothing. Try clearing the cmos just in case and still nothing. Connect my diag card to it and the error lies somewhere as the only indicator that comes to life is one led not all 4 indicating a power issue. Contact Support on friday the 9th and receive rma on monday. In my original email to them told them since it was defective from the get go I wanted a pre-paid shipping label they said no and run and hide behind their return policy. Look at the board it isn't even the same model number. the order says an ecs 945gcl board instead it is an intel board same chipset... Is it new? no it is a PULL from a Dell. Something they did NOT mention on their site anywhere. I ordered under the impression it was new which it is not and now they want me to pay for shipping back to them on a used defective merchandise.

I never knew these guys were here next to me. I was searching for replacement equipment for our office server but i guess it's too old. These guys recommended to try a similar replacement model motherboard and cd drive and it worked right away. I did not know that it was possible to do it this way. But spending $263 was way better then $4000 to $6000 on the new server station. Plus these guys provided free phone technical support assistance when i was installing the equipment. Great experience with Ascendtech

Great product I will buy from them again. I am

surprised at the very low prices and especially

the free shipping option. For the completion of

my new system I will be ordering the rest of my

parts from this website. I hope that I can find

deals such as this one again. Other units are

twice the price with not nearly the same

performance at retail stores. I am very happy I

found this company, very user friendly website,

organized, and the steps to checkout and to

upgrade were very well designed. I do not use

the internet to order too much stuff, but I found

this experience to be easy and simple!
