Recently, I was tripped by Staples into an invalid rebate. And my two orders were cancelled. I felt very angry about them and contact them by email. Surprisely, they called me five minutes later, and told me "That two orders were not cancelled. They are out of stock." Can any gentleman tell me what is the difference between that?

Staples sucks!! Here are my reasons: I brought a TV from them, day 1: reasearching order day 2: Now Day 3: shipped from ware house It had a box number and everything. I called Staples customer service, they said the item was out of stock! I was about to kill them!! i sent 4 days at Staples.com and 5 hours at Staples customer number. All useless. They said the order was scratched off!! How does a order scratched off if i had placed an order. It wasnt fair. I give this 0 star. This is all a scam from Staples! Out of stock after you buy it? I've never heard of that. I am so angry!!!!

Great service received on all orders placed. Easy return process. Some posts complain about the Easy Rabate process but for me, it has worked very well (used it twice) and rebates were received far faster than submitting paperwork to the manufacturer.

Be aware!! Staples'price is unacceptable higher than other competitors. So check multiple retailers before buying from Staples.

Still waiting for $100 rebate from Staples, submitted 6 months ago. Many calls, emails, and promises.

if possible, I would buy anything from Staples. Your orders mostly will be shipped and reach you on time. OD, OM, even Amazon no such high commitment. OOS too soon and too often.

I ordered a software program and received it within a few days. Paid no shipping & received the Manufacturer rebate info. I have sent the rebate to the manufacturer & got an email repsonse saying it was received. I can't ask for more than a good price, free shipping, with the documentation so the order will end up FREE after my fat cash!

I've always been a big fan of Staples, but since the introduction of their "Easy Rebates" I'm reconsidering if I will ever purchase anything there again with a rebate. Purchased a LCD tv/monitor that I saw here with the enticement of a $100 rebate. Filed the Easy Rebate the same day & now 13 weeks later am just getting the runaround about the status of the rebate. They claimed that there was some computer glich on the day I filed so it had to be transferred to another computer 6 weeks later. Called their service center who responded that the clock reset when they transferred the file even though I did everything correctly so I'd have to wait another six weeks. When I pointed out that it had been that long since the transfer they responded "oh". I understand that problems occur, but no one there has the authority or ability to fix things. I'm disappointed with their attitude.
