Ritz Camera does not honor their promotions. They were supposed to send a $50 gift card as part of a promotion when I purchased my camera. I contacted them several times each time they said it will be emailed to me in 24 hours, no gift card has arrived. I will not do business with them again. They are not a trustworthy company.

Buyer Beware!!! I purchased a digital slr camera & printer as part of WolfCamera's Presidents Day sale - love to digital camera, however the printer was supposed to have $150 in rebates ($29 AR).

Three weeks later, WolfCamera could/would not supply the necessary rebate forms (and the forms were not on their website or mfg site). I returned the printer before the return period was up & would up being $15 out of pocket for a printer that I did not have, instead of having a nice printer for $29.

Customer service was non-existant in this ordeal - through 4-5 contacts, their standard reply was "we have forwarded this to our concerned department" (sounds like "India English" to me).

I will never do business with WolfCamera again - I love the camera, but my decision to purchase @ wolf was based on getting the printer cheap. I could have purchased the camera by itself for less elsewhere. To top things off, the order was also to include a free teddybear as part of the President's Day Sale - you guessed it, I never saw the bear either. Not too disappointed about the bear, but it is just indicative of WolfCamera's false advertising.
