eWaggle is completely unacceptable as a certified ASUS laptop dealer. I would suggest that ASUS cancels their relationship with eWaggle altogether. After sending two emails, asking about my product, I received a vague email back telling me the item would be shipped in 24 - 48 hours. It's been 6 days since that email. I've sent them 3 more emails and they have not responded. After looking at their website, (I bought it from eBay), it looks like they don't even have the item in stock. I feel completely deceived and heartbroken.

I've been looking for a FW external hard drive and found them on Pricewatch.com. I've ordered on 7-09 and received it on 7-11 in perfect condition.
