Purchased 15+ items in one order (for order total $180+) and used a $15 coupon. Returned ONE item in the order (a $25 item) mand they deducted the entire $15 coupon from the return. They indicated that that item HAPPENED to be the item where they applied the coupon to. I was VERY disappointed with the response - needless to say, will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Just read some of the comments around the web... failed to honor prices, failed to deliver items said to be in stock, failed to issue refunds for money owed, etc. Then look at their ratings. Then ask yourself if this is really the store you want to entrust your personal/credit card information with or rely on for a trouble-free purchase experience?
