Purchased something in the beginning of March. When it never arrived, I contacted them and was told it was on backorder. I contacted them a few more times and was each time told it was on backorder, and they could not tell me when it would be shipped.

That's fine except that when I see it coming back for sale on their web site gain, they still don't send it to me - or contact me and all. This time when I contacted them they told me that the system had cancelled my order and I would have to order it again. Except this time it came up with a different total.

After accepting my order with free ground shipping code they mailed me saying that they are going to charge the shipping charges to my order. They said the code is invalid.

I had to cancel my order. I would never buy anything from this site.

Found wireless card for my 2 year old Toshiba laptop. Descent shipping, and the product works without a problem. For $18.99, I can get internet everywhere in my house; not bad at all !

BUYER BEWARE: I ordered a USB 2.0 card for my Macintosh. When I installed it, it didn't work. I got an RMA from 4linkcomm and returned it for a refund. Although I had asked for a refund, they sent me a replacement. That one didn't work either. When I asked them why they sent me another one rather than issue a refund, they wrote, "The Via 2.0 PCI card we sent out for RMA was new and since we had tested it, and it was an working item, therefore we are unable to process the refund."

NOW I'M STUCK with merchandise that doesn't work in my computer, and they won't take it back.

I buy a lot over the Internet, and I have for several years. This is the first time I've encountered such a DIFFICULT and DISREPUTABLE vendor. If they accepted American Express, I would have recourse, but now I understand why they don't. Based on my experience, why would anyone take a chance and order from Linkcomm, 4linkcomm, or whatever their name is?
