The last order had a wood that was broken and they handles it to my full satisfaction including free return honoring the previous sale price and free shipping of the new item. They do a great job.

I ordered a very nice Stetson straw hat from GW, unfortunately I ordered a size too big, so I returned it. My replacement arrived, but half smashed in the box I recieved. I called them back and said I would push it out and reform it, but they also needed to know that the original I sent back was recieved by them 100% better condition.

Currently they're running a free shipping promotion on orders that are $75 or more. Be careful! If you do not go directly to their website (aka, try for FatCash), then you *will* be charged shipping. Basically, you're not eligible for any of their promotions (besides 10%, etc. discount codes you find elsewhere).
Also, it takes an hour and a half for orders to make it into their system. If you need to call and cancel/change an order, wait.
