Getting a credit is like asking for a million bucks. I selected in-store pickup. Called store for over a month they still did not receive. I called the 1-800# to get a credit. They had to check with the loading dock, manager, whatever the excuse was. After 3 months and threatning them with the BBB I finally received my measly $40 credit.

I had a perfect experience with in-store pickup. Ace notified me when the item shipped and the item was waiting when I got to the store a few hrs later. I got my item less than half a week after I ordered. However, for some reason, the site had trouble verifying the security code on one of my credit cards (which I had used at another on line site w/o difficulty just beforehand). I had to use a backup credit card.

I placed an order with this site Dec 16th and chose their in-store delivery. If I had not gone to their site, I would not even know it had been shipped. It's now the new year and only the stars know where my item is.
