Anyone who has done business with this company knows that it is one of the worst out there. Don't trust this company. I've been owed $200 for a year and a half. I doubt that I will see it now after so long, but I am taking step to ensure that this doesn't happen to others. Before you purchase from companies online, always check out their ratings and search the web to see if any negative reports exist. This way you will be informed. Never trust a company that does not list thier physical business address or contact telephone numbers. Good luck to all and be careful!!

These people are as shady as you can get. Don't even think of placing an order here. The first oder I placed had no problem that I can remember- it was name brand discards. The second time I chanced to order (through a post on FW), after about two weeks time I get e-mails about trying to contact me- that they need either a yahoo or hotmail address to respond to. Very strange. Another several weeks- nothing. Sent e-mail(just as a precaution) to cancel order. Again no reply. Two more weeks later I get a box and expecting one from another totally different retailer(the return address had only a PO box number)- I open it to find this junk from this UrbanQ. You quessed it? No answer from them after muptiple requests. I'm out $50 and holding a box of Salvation Army rags. Hope none of you have the same experience. STAY CLEAR!!!

Beware of UrbanQ.com

They owe me money from rebates that was supposed to be paid 8/01. They acknowledge they owe it but have been stalling and asking me to be patient while they straighten out payment problems. This has been going on for 8 months!

The Attorney General of NY has begun investigating them.
