on the flip side. i've used the $10 off $60 coupon and they've cancelled one of the (paid) items and still given me $10 off...

As other raters say, they keep canceled the free gift order. Why would you even put it on your website if it's not available!?

TWICE now have not honored "free gifts" inducements - they cancelled the "free" part of the order after they charged my credit card and sent the merchandise I had paid for. Would not recommend buying from them. Also very slow delivery.
