Placing my order was a breeze (at first). The sales rep was friendly and knowledgable THEN it all turned into one nightmare after another. First of all, they delivered to my mailing address, not the shipping address -- my mailbox company loved getting a 1000 feet of bamboo, then after several attempts they finally got it right (about two weeks later). The shipping company threatened to charge me a storage fee of $50/day for iFloor.com's mistake. To make matters worse, I opened the boxes, it was the wrong wood! I called and left several messsages with my customer service rep, but NEVER got a call back. To add insult to injury, the company charged me $119 for shipping which was supposed to be free. Being a sadist, I decided that maybe iFloor could make up for their mistake and give me a deal on my next order. Not! The most they said they could do was not charge me the $20 shipping on one of the $24 items I was ordering -- mind you I was spending more than $1500 on this order and more than $2000 on the first order. No credits for the last orders shipping and no deal on anything else. If you want bad customer service, go to Fry's or iFloor.com.

If you want to buy something from ifloors, make sure you want to keep it. I have had a terrible time trying to get them to take something back. That took several weeks. Now that they have the rug, they are refusing to refund the money. I have read some posts on some other sites regarding their customer service and is consistent with what I am experiencing. They don't respond to emails, and give you the run around when you call. We will see if my credit card company comes through on the charge back request. Oh to boot, they didn't ship the rug for 6 weeks, and charged the credit card a week before the rug shipped.
