I'm frankly surprised to not see more negative comments here (though there are few posted here probably because few FatWallet-ers do business with this ripoff business). I have had a product fail on me not once, but twice, and just because I was barely out of warranty, their customer support (and a manager on top of that) refused to do a single thing about it other than to offer free shipping on a new full-priced purchase. These people are cheap cheap cheap, and they are notorious for charging right at retail as well as offering microscopic, almost insulting discounts. Indeed, as an alternative to the free shipping, what Sam (the customer service agent) offered me was 17% off of any $150 purchase. I couldn't believe it.

Great store! Had the product I wanted for a great price...product didn't work as well as I wanted, and their tech support helped. Bought a different product, worked perfectly, and SmartHome's 30-day satisfaction return policy was VERY easy to use. Friendly customer service on the phone and very knowledgeable people working there.

I really enjoy looking at their store online and perusing through the print catalog.
Check out the auctions and open box buys.

the Cash Back is a pain, for some reason using fatwallet's links to go there defaults everything to canadian and tends to crash the shopping cart.

clicked to buy something and server failed. I don't know if I bought it or not. What a great feeling.

Why does it seem that none of the links work on this store?
