Useless cs. Kept my $$ for 11 days then issued refund without explanation. Terrible experience and I will not recommend or buy from them again.

EDIT: what are the odds.. 10 minutes after posting, I receive a reply to my first email from 8 days ago. They are going to apply the discount to my first order which is great! That gives me some extra money to spend on a nicer suit from them.

Just bought my first suit from Jos. A Bank. It was "The Perfect Year Around" suit.
I was a little disappointed in the feel of the fabric. As others have mentioned, you can probably get this same quality of suit at KG Men's store or the like.
I'm tempted to buy a higher quality suit from them, however, I emailed cust service regarding fabric comparisons but have yet to receive and answer.
Also, I never received a reply to my first email regarding a 25% drop in price on the suit that i bought. I'm trying to get a price correction since it happened less than 2 weeks after I rec'd my suit.
