I have ordered at least 6 magazine subscriptions from these guys in the last couple of years. Each time I have been more then pleased with their magazine subscription prices, speed of delivery, and most importantly...the customer service representatives were awesome. I've ordered from these guys twice, and both times my subscription hadn't arrived after six months. When I contacted them the first time, I got an apology for the error and they did fix it. Now it's the second time -- another apology and more promises, but no magazines yet. Fool me once...
Also, any vendor that gives my email address to spammers deserves an unacceptable rating (I track this by using a unique email address with every vendor). This appears to have happened at least once from this company.
