I ordered two small garden flags from flagsonline.com, which arrived quickly, but... First of all, they were in a plain plastic bag not in the type of labeled packaging you usually see in B&M flag stores. When I took out the flags, both looked defective to me. One was not sewn square but was whopper-jawed enough to be obvious when placed on my flag bracket. On the other one, the printing of the colors was so blurry that you could hardly tell what it was supposed to represent. There is nothing on the site that says so, but from this experience, I strongly feel they may be selling seconds or irregulars.
I have returned the flags for a refund, using their return label and following their instructions as best I could--except I told them I was not willing to accept their restocking fee as the flags were defective. It has been several weeks, and I've received no credit yet--not even a partial one, minus the restocking fee. I haven't received so much as an email from them.
Please note they do not seem to belong to the Better Business Bureau, BizRate or any other guarantor. That should have been a red flag for me. Learn from my mistake!
