I called before placing an online order to confirm the item was in stock. I was told it was. 8 days later, which is today, Christmas Eve, I received an email of cancellation. No explanation. I called customer service and spoke to "AMY" who was nasty and sarcastic. I was told, "Sorry, but our vendor does not have that product." Yet it still says the item is for sale. I was refused when I asked to speak to a supervisor. ShopNBC SUCKS ASS! THEY HAVE LEFT ME STUCK ON CHRISTMAS EVE WITH NO APOLOGIES AND I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. BEWARE OF ShopNBC!!

Worse customer service by far! They have some amazing exclusive products so they have my business but I try NOT to deal with CS - waste! So if you are not happy resolve it via your credit card or just ship the product back - not worth dealing with them otherwise.

Customer service is a term they do NOT understand. Their Rewards program is a shame. I think what they do might even be illegal. If you get a ShopNBC card and use $5,000 worth, you get $50 Reward Certificate. Well, they refused a charge $6,000 from my plumber for no reason, so I didn't get $50 certificate. When I asked about it, they said they would investigate and get back to me in 45 days. 45 DAYS!! Needless to say, they never did. When I followed up, they never even looked into the matter. The rep was astounded herself. It was a dead issue. You can't run promotions and just do what you want. Another time I tried to use a DIFFERENT $50 reward on a $49.95 product. The certificate says you can use it on something less, but you forfeit the rest. I was willing to lose 5 cents! But their system wouldn't take it unless I spent OVER $50. When I asked customer service why, they said, "I don't know, it's a computer." !!!!!!! Oh. There
s MUCH more to tell, but life is too short. Simple message, stay away from ShopNBC and especially their credit card.

Ordered some stuff for Xmas, order went through fine, they placed a hold on my paypal account. 7 days later the order status hasn't changed and now the items show as out of stock.

I email customer service asking when it will ship, they reply promptly, but offer nothing beyond a boilerplate "items typically ship in blah blah days".

So I went the next morning to check the status, thinking perhaps I'd prodded them into updating the status or getting it shipped out and TA-DA!, no order history, gone, like it never happened. No email saying it was canceled, it just vanished like Whitey Bulger.

A check with my paypal account confirmed they refunded @ 03:20:23 EST, roughly 20 minutes before the timestamp on my email.

I suppose I should be content they at least refunded me promptly, however I will never do business with them again.

I'm telling Santa!

Ordered a DOND breifcase for a present. After two days I was emailed with a shipdate that was two weeks out. I had a time line that was not going to be met and the website never mentioned that there would be a delay, so I asked to cancel the order. Customer (Dis)Service said that I COULD NOT cancel the order. Dispite the fact that they could not give accurate ship dates when ordering. Had to threaten to dispute the charge and after several levels of escalation, a cancelation was 'granted'. Two days later, the charge appears on my credit card! Luckily, the email of 'cancelation' was sufficient proof for the credit card chargeback.
35 days later (yes thirty-five!) the brifcase arrived!!! At least they never tried to recharge the credit card.
It is amazing that they are not more protective of the brand name (like Disney for example). For once, I truly wish Fatwallet would dump these crooks from the program.

It untrustable...My order "disappeared" without reason!!
I placed the order on Feb 3rd, the last day for $1.99 shipping discount. I didn't print out the order confirmation page, because I thought a email confirmation would be sent to my mailbox. But I never got the letter. And it was not in the order history on the website. It is so strange because I created my account with the order. I called them and waited a long time to get the answer: it is not placed. If the order was not placed, how could my account be ready!!
Never go to that website again.

Bought 1 Invicta Lupah watch for my wife, it did not work, I think battery dead. Bought a replacement Invicta Lupah watch, same thing dead. ShopNBC did not care that they are selling watches that do not work when they ship. ShopNBC customer service SUCKS!

The products are fine but the customer service is TERRIBLE. If you have a problem they are NO help at all!

Great service! Bought the Cuisinart 16 piece set on a Tuesday and it was on my doorstep Friday. Also got the Fat Cash in that time frame.
