This has got to be one of the worst on-line retailers ever. I would suggest going to Amazon where they have an account and view some of their feedback. Apparently, they have been reckless with credit card information, forget to ship items, ship item very late, and are basically the retail equivlent of a good for nothing bum. Personally, my purchase was placed Dec. 13, a x-mas gift, and I received notice over a month later they would not be filling the order.
