How the heck are you supposed to get Cash Back from Western Union? For example, a couple of weeks ago I sent $400 using their "Direct Collect" (bill payment) service. With service fees, I think this came out to $407.50. This was a one time transaction, but I'd love to get Cash Back.


Is this for web transactions only? Someone please explain...
