No tracking service for shipping. No Cash Back though claim to have 9% on FW. The price is hard to beat though, but you do get what you pay for as the old saying goes.

I think the company has always treated me better than expected. Customer service has been very good, through chat, phone, email, etc. Sometimes it is difficult to find items on the website; even when I type in the most obvious keyword, not all items turn up in the results. Lots of specials and deals, so it keeps me coming back, and the customer loyalty/rewards program is great.

Last time I login into my account I saw someone else credit card information, and I notified them promptly about this. Hacker Safe huh? Too bad they do not accept paypal or google cart.

I have used their vitamins for years, thay are fair priced, have good specials and ship ontime. The vitamins themselves seem to be fine!
