Just about clicked "Send Order" when I realized acortech tried to sneak a $.50 "Insurance" charge onto my $6.00 order. There guys are worse than the clowns on eBay who try to pad their profit with bogus shipping and mandatory "Insurance and Handling" charges. I will not be ordering from them again.

These people send yopu whatever junk they have laying around. Look at the previous comments. I ordered a black window case, got a grey non window case with scratches. They tried to have me pay to send it back, but I told them to fax me a return label. They would always try to call and fax after my store hours. They don't speak english very well, and it seems like to try to rip people off.

I just recently order 2 2.5" HD enclosures (pn-3202275) from this merchant. The picture on its site clearly shown Sabrent as the brand of the enclosure. However, I received 2 No Name enclosures in a Non-retail box (No UPC code was found on the box). I was going to return the package, but the cost to ship them back is almost as much as the cost of 1 enclosure itself. So, I'm not happy doing business with this merchant.

I ordered mini DVD-Rs and I got the shipment in time. But I just could not track the shipment. I wasn't sure whether they have been shipped, and hence, I sent three emails in three business days, but none was answered. No one to pickup the phone. Customer service sucks!

I had to return an Acortech order, and for a bargain price retailer they handled it very well. No hassles, no BS fees, replaced the item and shipped immediately.
Good prices, reliable store.

I placed an order on July 24. I ordered 1 item. After placing the order, the confirmation page showed that I had purchased a quantity of 2. I suspect that their website does not work properly with the Firefox broswer. At any rate, I called immediately, and there was no one in the office. I left a message. My call was not returned. I placed another call to cancel the order on Monday, July 26. I was assured that my order had been cancelled. More than two weeks later, I received an email notice stating that my order had shipped.
Their customer service instructed me to refuse delivery of the package when it arrived. I did so. One week later, I receive a message indicating that I will be charged $5 for shipping and a 15% restocking fee, even though they weren't supposed to charge my card in the first place.
