TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. I ordered chairs with free shipping only to get an email later saying I had to pay $160 in shipping charges which I did reluctantly. Then when the chairs came, some were damaged. I called and had to wait a day to be contacted. They then told me I had to email evidence of the damage, which I did, and then they gave me bs about sending only the parts that were damaged. So, remember, if you're okay with maybe having to pay extra shipping fees after the order, getting damaged goods, potentially going through a lot of hassle to get a replacement go ahead and choose them. Good luck! Read the other reviews. I'm not the only one to have had this problem.

I ordered a conference table from bizchair because their selection was great and the pricing fantastic. When placing the order, the Customer Service Rep warned me to inspect the table carefully on delivery and to refuse it if there was the slightest evidence of damage because returning the table after accepting delivery would be very difficult and frustrating. Was she ever right! When it arrived, it was damaged and I refused delivery as advised. Since that day, I have tried for three months to obtain a refund, to no avail. I have called repeatedly (their customer service hold time is horrendous), left messages for supervisors, e-mailed their damages department. I am most upset with the fact that I'm not attempting to get a refund because I'm not satisfied with the product. I never accepted delivery because it was damaged! I will never use this supplier again, and would not recommend them to anyone.

The pre-ordering phase was fine. The post-ordering phase was a nightmare! I ordered tables which were packaged in a thin cardboard box with no support, so they rattled around inside. As a result, all tables were damaged upon arrival. I called the company and emailed them many, many times. Each time I get a different story and no resolution. I have had a claims dept representative "handling" my order only to quit a week later, another person working on my claim, only to quit as well. I have customer service reps who give me their name, only to find out next time I call that no one ever existed by that name (happened three times). Each time I am made promises that my claim will be taken care of and I will be called back TODAY and I never get a return call (happened five times). They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. To date, I have no resolution to my problem after one month and over 10 phone calls!

I was looking for a decent chair for a good price and that is exactly what I got. A similar chair elsewhere would have cost around $150-$200, I got mine for $59 and shipping was free!!! The web page said 1-2 day shipping, it came on the 4th day. No big deal there. I hesitated for two days before finally deciding to buy from this site because of the many mixed reviews about them, but I took a chance only because I could not find a better deal than what I found on bizchair. They pulled through wonderfully! Thanks Bizchair!

I placed my order based on the excellent price (which has since gone up) and the webpage stating Free Shipping. Checked-out and there was no shipping charge. My credit card was charged within an hour for the price as stated on the order. (All of this on a Saturday).
The following Wednesday I get a call saying shipping will be about 21 dollars. What? What happened to the Free Shipping? I'm told that is on “most items”. Well, going back to the website and looking at about 10 chairs and 10 desks and stands, all of them say Free Shipping (most items). So one has to presume that if the item isn't Free Shipping, then that item would be marked something along the lines of This Item Does Not Ship Free, or the like.
Anyway, I said okay to proceed because the price with the shipping still made them about the same as the couple of other sites I found the item with shipping costs. And I figured it would go right out, etc.
Then I don't hear anything from them for ten days. I call to ask about the status of my order and 'the order system is down' and we’ll call you back. Two days go by without a call, so I submit an on-line status request and three days later I get a 'your order has shipped' notice with tracking number.
So my rating comes from not honoring their own Free Shipping statements on the website, the fact they charged that order amount immediately and then after the whole adding on of shipping charges, didn’t ship it for over two weeks.
The site itself is very well laid out and easy to use. There are even many places showing contact information, etc. So they have potential. Maybe it was growing pains. Maybe it was a horrible month for them somehow. All I can do is rate based on my experience with my purchase.
