Hi, everybody here,
the below is the email
I sent to riteaid cs.

early time this year, I have been
kicked out for
some how my own reason.
And I have ever send such an email to
them.And yesterday they worked out another

I resonsible for what I have copied here
with my own reputation.

Hi, there
I am the girl who called U early this year for
my spiting in one of your store.

Later after that time, I was
so prudent to prevent this
kind of mistakes.

But yesterday I have the best experience of
I have ever enjoyed.
Yesterday, I transfer a presscription
to this store for the first time this
month and was rejected. It's really
the first time I have ever try to
transfer a prescription this month.
I do not know why but just got the words from
the guy who rejected me ,
"each household should only apply it once"

It was the same guy,
in September25 th, I refilled
a prescription there and they said they do not
have enough for and charged me
for the 31(totally should 34) and leave me a paper
said "owe 5 ,no charge"

Days before, when I came to pick up(I just forgot it)the 5 pills, they said I did not pay for
the medication and said
they never charged for partial. It's OK for
just 5 dollars .So I paid again. If You are not sure ,
U can check by your self.

It was so unbelievable in some of your
For example ,the 334,
once a time I bought something with a
giftcard and just left 1 nickle for
I did not brought any changes with me,
u guess what did the manager(Mr.,Steeve)
say about it,
he said"have U ever heard about it"(to another worker)
he said so just because
he put 1 nickle from a tray which contained a
lot of coins into this deal.

U have so attractive policies
which many people came
time after time.
But did any people tell u
that U have such a services
among your store.

U could ask the original store which
I have been spitting and kicked out,
wether I have dared to step in again?

After that each time I came
in any store, I told myself be
prudent and be nice. And what
on earth I did to this store?
Just for the nickle?

If U do nothing to this complain,
just keep your
rights for doing anything to me,
and I will keep this email and keep my right
to got some digniti for myself.For,
I am a human and your sincerely customer.

By the way,
the credit card
I paid for the first time for
the mentioned medication is"
xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx"
If I have spoiled mememry on this issue, forget it,
but everything else were true.

I knew time is money for
every business and every person, But
u will get a problem for your
reputation, otherwise, how u
will face all of your people?!!!

And again, I do not like to do this
kind of thing, but
yesterday, they made me surprise,
I take the items I bought from Giant
to every store they tell me where I could
redeem the certificate. And they have
my fingers numb till now.

If U do nothing, Ur
time among your customer will be up.
Nobody will trust U.
Who love to be played to
double pay for the medication(especially
for many people who do not
have health-insurence) and
have the refilled time "renewed"
as late as the last time.

If your guys also complain about me,
I just do not have to step one more of your
store. But if I could not got an answer at
forgive me do anything I'd love to.

Do not call me, I do not have
interest to talk to U.
