Update: I *still* don't have my money back. TiVo now says it might be up to 14 business days, which, at the time they told me that, puts the refund at 12/26. When I noted that they certainly took my money quickly, but it's their fault that they haven't returned it yet, they just told me this was the best they could do. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Update: I called to cancel, but because it had already shipped, they instructed me to refuse the shipment, it will go back to them, and THEN they'll credit my card. So I'm out $460 until they get it back and decide to enter something in their system. And I'm paying interest on that amount until they decide to credit back my card. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I bought TiVo as a Christmas gift for m parents. These idiots sent emails to them notifying them of the gift, so there went the surprise -- at a cost of $460. Needless to say, I called to cancel. And was put on hold for 27 minutes while I waited for a "specialist". Never again.

The website doubled my order. Customer Service would not cancel and I have to send it back whenever it ships.
