I recently purchased a 19in LCD TV for what I thought was a very good price. The TV that arrived was not functional. I contacted Second Act via email and a short time later advised to take it up with the manufacturer as it was under warranty. The manufacture suggested I send it back to Second Act as a bad TV was sent to me for a replacement. Long story short I agreed to take a rebuilt TV from the manufacture. This will be my last online purchase of a TV.

I recently placed an order and have been mostly satisfied with my calls to customer service for questions I had before placing the order. One issue that bothers me is that you cannot use ANY coupon codes when purchasing a "Deal of the Day." This restriction is not posted anywhere.
