Demeteronline.com has been the worse experience that I have ever had shopping online for the last 5 years.

I placed my order July 24th. The front page states that all orders are shipped within 24 hours. Another page under FAQ's states "Most orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours from the time you place your order."

My order sat "processing" for eleven days with no explanation despite several attempts on my behalf to contact the company. July 27 my card was charged for the merchandise.

There are four options on how to reach customer service.

1. email - I emailed this company three times asking why my order had not been shipped. I received no reply.

2.Call the DemeterOnline office to speak with a service representative (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm ET).
- I called for several times for 8 days. Every single call I was forwarded to a voice mail due to "representative being busy with other customers" - Even though twice I left my contact information I never received a call back.

3. Chat Live with a DemeterOnline representative (Mon-Fri 9am-9pm ET / Sat 12pm-7pm ET).
- I tried this many many times always to receive this message "All support operators are currently unavailable.
Please leave a message below and it will be responded to promptly.
Hours: Mon - Fri 9am - 9pm ET / Sat 11am - 7pm ET"

4. Customer Support Ticket - I sent in a customer support ticket on July 28 and did not receive a response back until August 4th. With this response:

I do apologize for the delay in shipment of your order. As explained on
the "Order Terms" page required before checkout, current processing/shipment
time is generally a week. Your order is scheduled to ship tomorrow and
should be received within 2-3 business days.

I do not recall what was on the order page. But that really does not explain this
All orders shipped in 24 hours image or the 24 to 48 hours for shipping on the FAQ page. and why it is taking my order to be processed for 11 days.

Out of frustration and suspicion that this website is nothing more than a scam I have gone to my credit card company and disputed the charges. Buyer beware before hassling with this company
