From personal experience, this website has held great quality standards in service and selection. Shoes that are out of stock are not available for selection, which is great. Very competitive prices, and I love the massive selection of products.

They need to check the shoes before sending to customer. My pair is obviously used. however, Return is easy and smooth.
I bought a pair of Converse shoes from them for the competitive price after coupon and CashBack. However, the shoes were obvious wore by someone (scratch in the front). Unacceptable! however, their return process are easy and smooth. i just printed out the label from their website and dropped it at UPS store. then, they refunded me in a week.

I placed an order with them because they had the best price on the shoes I was looking for after using a coupon. My order arrived 5 days after I placed it. Everything was perfect. I would definitely order from them in the future.

so far, i haven't had any problems with them. bought from them 3 times, 2 of those times were PMs. shipping is slow though. maybe audiophan got lucky on his $35+ order but when i bought my shoes which were $100+, it still took them about a week and a half to arrive.
the only thing i dont like about them anymore is that ever since Zappos stopped PMing, Shoes.com lowered theirs from 115% to 110%.

I have only placed one order with Shoes.com, and I was very satisfied with my order. I received my crocs in new unworn condition and I received them very fast.

Don't be fooled by free shipping/return and 115% price guarantee. Placing an order is easy in the beginning, but everything after that will be horrible. Return process took almost a month. After a month they refused to honor price adjustment which I got in the original order and charged me the full price.

I had a terrible experience with the company. They delayed my price match until Amazon.com went out of stock. Then refused to cancel the order, even though the item was not processed or shipped! I've never seen a company where a company does not allow customers to cancel their orders. What a scam. They told me to use "return/refund" instead. Now that I am checking all the other feedbacks, I can see why! What a hassle! Never buy from this store again, I don't care if they have 200% PM policy.
My worst online experience by far.

Shipping takes a little longer than other shoe websites, but the 115% price match policy and 13% FC make up for it for me. I love Shoes.com!
