Bought a pair of K Swiss cross trainers and after 3 months the right shoe fell apart. Their customer service dept. said that this was due to normal wear. Their customer service is poor at best. Shoe buy's warranty is non existant. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I think I've figured it out. My first order - no problem, went smoothly. When it turned out I'd gotten the right size, I requested a return and placed a new order for the different size. BIG mistake.
Basically, if you're returning, they are annoyed - because they're paying return shipping. Hey, they choose to offer it! But, yes, it's wayyyy too good to be true.
I returned two pairs of shoes. They have credited me only for ONE!!!! When I call, they spew bologna that it is the bank's fault. I speak with the bank, and they have nothing from Shoebuy - the bank is encouraging me to file a claim/dispute because Shoebuy is so full of ****!!!!

Unethical Practices/relationships

I ordered a pair of shoes and was immediately spun into a round of offers for some saving group, which I did not sign up for. Months later I got a bill for $11.99 from some company called Great Fun. I contacted this company and they claimed I was signed up due to my purchase on Shoebuy. I never provided my credit card information to this company so obviously they got it from Shoebuy.

After reading these reviews, I was questioning whether I should order the shoes I wanted. However, my cheap/frugal side won out and I went ahead and order the boots I saw - which were $10 cheaper than any other site, plus had free shipping, plus were an additional %20 off PLUS 11% Cash Back on FatWallet. Well my buying experience was perfect so I think I lucked out. The shoes came within 2 days, they are the right size/color and they fit great. I got all my discounts and my credit to FatWallet. Based on this experience I may order from them again but I have to be honest and say that I am still a little nervous because of all the bad comments from other customers.

Shoebuy--Many of their name brand shoes are NOT true to size or to width, are they rejects? I used to go to the shoe store, find the shoe and fit that I want, order them from Shoebuy and no way would they fit. They will either be too short or too long for the size! Shoebuy's customer service dept. is the WORST I have ever encountered! Also, I've noticed that they are NOT reporting my purchases to FatWallet either! I'm going back to Zappos, they will meet Shoebuy's pricing, give lightning fast delivery and Zappos customer service is TOP NOTCH! Good riddance Shoebuy!

I've ordered 5 pairs of shoes. All came quickly and I had no problems. I will definitely buy from them again. However, I did not use their customer service so I can not comment on that.

They advertise a 110% pricematch to all competitors. I ordered a pair of shoes and emailed a pricematch to Amazon.com (at half the price).

They very quickly emailed the order confirmation, and afterwards the pricematch credit. And then the next day they CANCELLED my order citing that the shoes were "out of stock".

This is no doubt in response to the high price difference, to avoid the price match. DECEPTIVE

I have purchased many shoes from Shoebuy over the years. Only once did I have an issue. I had to return a pair of shoes and did not have the original box. They refused to give me an RMA, so I called up. After explaining that I threw out the box by mistake and the shoes were never worn outside, they gave me an RMA, and the return went through. Shoebuy always ships out quickly to me, with very good packaging. Shoes are double boxed so the shoe box isn't damaged. I recommend them.

I placed an order with Shoebuy. Returned all but one of the pairs of shoes; didn't fit (and I've worn the same size for years). Shoebuy keeps returning them saying I didn't return them in time. My letters have been unanswered. The customer service is horrible - worst I have ever seen.
