I placed an order once which was never processed. no big deal. However my next time trying to order from them the products were shipped, but one item was defective. They said they would replace it and after a couple of months trying to find the replacement they said the item was no longer avaiable and would issue a refund (their website still listed the item.) To this day and after countless emails I still have not received a refund. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS RETAILER, THEY ARE VERY BAD NEWS!!!

I placed an order, and my card was charged. WEEKS later, with no warning, I get an email that the item is sold out and I would be fully refunded. By now, I have to pay the amount I was charged on my credit card, and I won't get my credit back until the next credit card bill. A waste of my hard-earned money. I'll never buy from this store again. I don't trust a business that is quick to take my money, but slow tell me what is going on and never gives me what I paid for.

Another sign of this company's ethics: they have a banner for their "Today's At Cost Deal". The banner has a countdown timer for "Hurry! This offer will end in XX min, XX sec. Buy Now!" but the timer resets to 2 min and 37 seconds everytime you refresh the page... WHAT A LIE! The offer has been available for more than a few days and will probably still continue to be available until they over-sell and then rip off more customers for money, then refund them many weeks later! I won't do business with a company that believes even small lies are okay...

Placed order. Card charges. Weeks later, emailed as to order status. Was told one more week and offered a totally unrelated substitute. Replied that I would wait. Later same day, got cancellation email. Very poor customer service and inventory control.

I have done business with this company for about 5 years and never had these kind of problems. I recently placed 2 order within the same week one with 2nd day shipping. 3 days after the last order I contacted the company via their toll free number and was told that one product had just come in and my orders were setting on the dock to be shipped and that I would recieve confirmation that very evening that they had been shipped. Well, I never received any confirmation, checked back on the status of the orders-nothing changed, tried to call the toll free number again-Operator says the number is no longer functioning, emailed the company twice and have yet to recieve a reply. I am definitely at a loss of words and action. This is the first time I purchased items with a yellow stock identifier and the first time I had problems. At the very least do not purchase anything that doesn't have a green inventory identifier.

Have placed two orders this year, both included items ( mp3 player and memory)which arrived DOA ( defective on arrival). Had to return items at my own expense and then they languished in "testing" for a week or more before shipping a replacement. Items are shown in stock, but often takes up to a week before they even ship. One order had shown as shipped, but never did. They rarely answer emails and "live support" is barely breathing. You have to get them to give you a supervisor's phone number to get any results.

Well, I am another example of the same ...
I made an order on May 14 ,and since then , I have been ignored and have nobody to talk .
It was a mistake to buy here .
I will call my credit card company right now to cancel the payment...

Invalid "In stock" real time Inventory

I submitted an order for a set of processors that were supposed to be in stock on the 17th of the month, which was at the beginning of the week.. That morning at 10:26am, I received an email from isellsurplus.com that stated that my purchase was confirmed.

A week later I had not received my processors and was wondering of the status of the shipment. I logged onto the website and discovered my order had not been shipped. I had not received a second email telling me my order was delayed and my credit card was already charged. My shipping address is in the same state as isellsurplus.com and I expected by the terms of the website that my order would be shipped if not the same day, the next business day, which was the 18th.

As of the day I write this isellsurplus.comís clearly state the following:

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately one to two "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. isellsurplus.com does not guarantee same day shipping, but does try to ship in-state orders placed by 11AM pacific time. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays


On the 24th of the month I called 702.294.8777, which is the listed phone number provided on the their website, I was greeted with silence and after 3 minutes their side hung up. I was starting to worry about this company whoís main phone number was not working. Calling the number for a second time I got the same thing and hung up after 2 minutes.

I resorted calling the sales only toll free number and was greeted by a sales person that apologized for the problem with the regular phone number. He was seemingly unaware of the problem with the companyís main phone.

I informed the sales person that I wanted to get more information on my order. He came back within 1 minute and stated that the processors were out and would be in tomorrow. I asked why the in stock system stated that isellsurplus.com had these items in stock. I then asked why I was not asked once the problem was discovered that I was not contacted. To say the least the sales person just made excuses.

I asked to cancel my order. I can not wait another week or even a few more days to get these processors. I will write more about this issue if the company fails to promptly refund my credit card.

To sum up my overview of this company.
This is no egghead by any means. By not notifying me of an order than was postponed for at least a week, I feel their customer service is seriously lacking. Their systems can not keep track of their inventory so be wary if you do decide to order and are on a time sensitive project. I suspect this company is a small outfit just struggling to stay afloat in this competitive market, but without better customer service I believe it should sink.

Problem free purchasing experience.

I received exactly what I ordered, including the two free items (one featured on the web site, one from a FatWallet coupon code).

I selected USPS "Priority Mail", the least expensive shipping option listed (at $11.35) . I placed the order late in the evening on Monday, it shipped on Wednesday, arrived on Friday.

No complaints beyond the relatively high S&H fee.

Hi. I just got my tracking info and I'm very disappointed, because yesterday when I called one the customer service people told me that my package was shipped on Monday, but based on UPS info it did not get shipped until Wednesday (liars). A week ago when I called to find out the status of my order I was told that one of the items I ordered was on back order, but your website was showing 1800 in stock (liars). The guy was talk to: said that he will change shipping from ground to 2-3 day shipping. Guess what, based on UPS it is a still ground (Liars). I'm going to publish my experience on multiple web sites so people would know whom they are dealing with. Your prices are good but with out customer service it sucks. This the last time Iím ordering from your website.

Ordered a tablet pc, did not ship when they said, many calls required, finally requested refund. Said OK, nothing happend, called repeatedly, nothing happened, initiated PayPal disupte, finally got a refund.

Not trustworthy.
